Short, sharp, screwball comedy with the two leads, Steve Carell and Tina Fey, on top form as the tired old New Jersey couple who are out on the town trying to kick start their monotonous marriage. They head for a new restaurant in Manhattan only to find it is full except for one table that is a no show. They decide to pretend they are the missing couple, just to get the table. They have barely started when their ruse comes back to sting them. The couple they have impersonated have been blackmailing a mobster who has got the police in his pocket. Now the mob has arrived at the restaurant and they want blood. These out of towners are about to go on the run in Manhattan. A scream from start to finish, and who knows, their romance might just be re-ignited as well. What a date. What a night!
