Based on the hit video game, Jake Gyllenhaal stars as the Prince who is given a special mission by the Gods to recover the Dagger of Time from evil villains before they can use it to consume Earth with a giant sandstorm – The Sands of Time. This epic is a Jerry “Pirates of the Caribbean” Bruckheimer production that is being helmed by Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire director, Mike Newell. Add in some romance with Bond girl, Gemma Arterton, and all is in place for Summer 2010’s first blockbuster.
