Peter Alliss is undoubtedly ‘The Voice of Golf’, which is not a surprise when you consider that he has been broadcasting on the game continuously for the BBC since 1961. His enormous popularity has enabled him to travel around the world commentating on golf and on the way, entertaining millions of people with anecdotes, stories and reminiscences. However, despite his live shows being enormously popular, the opportunity for the audience to ask him questions has only ever been a small part of the evening….Well, this is all about to change! In his brand new show, which will be touring the UK for a series of selected dates during the Spring of 2017, the evening will, in the main, be based around what everyone has been clamouring for…..the chance to ask Peter questions. The audience will be encouraged to pose questions to Peter and find out from answers such as ‘why is golf such a special game’ and also what the legends such as Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Tony Jacklin, Tiger Woods and so on are really like….and if anyone should know, it is Peter Alliss, as he has met and commentated on all of them! ‘A Question of Golf’ will be a truly special evening’s entertainment and a must for all golf enthusiasts. Tickets: £24, Concessions £22 (50p of every ticket is a donation to the Regent Centre Development Fund).

The main aim of New Springs is to inspire and build on self-esteem, confidence and motivation which leads on to why we have chosen to raise funds for Dorset Mind through ‘Road to Recovery’. ‘1 in 4 people have a diagnosable mental health issue at sometime during their lives with the most common being anxiety and depression,. However, there are many other illnesses, including bipolar, schizophrenia, eating disorders and obsessive compulsive disorder.’ Dorsetmind. UK. Studies have shown that dance can decrease issues such as anxiety and boost our mood. It allows us to simplify our thoughts and focus on 'the now' with our bodies and movement instead of the stresses in life! From our own personal experiences we want to show people there is a road to recovery, no matter how hard it can be; and what a better way to get there than through dancing! Tickets £12, Concessions: £10. Donations to Dorset Mind

It’s back to the swinging sixties as the award-winning Highcliffe Charity Players get groovy with their latest musical – Made in Dagenham. Based on the much-loved British film, it’s a fun-filled, high octane, feel good show inspired by true-life events – the 1968 women’s strike at Ford Dagenham which would lead to the Equal Pay Act of 1970. So join Dagenham’s feisty sewing machinists (not to mention Prime Minister Harold Wilson and Secretary of State for Employment Barbara Castle) for an uplifting musical comedy about friendship, love and the importance of fighting for what is right. Made in Dagenham is written by playwright Richard Bean (One Man, Two Guvnors), with a catchy rock and pop score from Grammy Award-winning British composer David Arnold (best known for his TV and film scores, including Sherlock, Little Britain, Independence Day and Quantum of Solace). It follows the emotional, life-changing journey – from factory floor to the House of Commons – of a group of friends who successfully battle for women’s rights against the might of Ford. Set to a toe-tapping sixties’ beat, it’s an inspiring, heart-warming story about the Dagenham women who made history. Don’t miss. It’s fab! Sponsored by Keith Motors Early Bird offer: All tickets £12.50 (booked before 30th April) Tickets £14.50 Concessions £13.50
